Refunds and exchanges are available after 20 days of purchase date with proof of purchase.

ASTC does not send monthly invoices, bills, or reminder emails other than reminders from third party payment system Stripe for automatic recurring monthly withdrawals. All tuition must be up to date to participate in the program. This includes all video dance projecjs, performances, and other events.

MISSED CLASSES

There are NO REFUNDS or ADJUSTMENTS once payment is made or for missed classes. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.

Synergy Guild workshops are designed for member outcomes. If an open class attracts too wide a range of levels and risks diluting the experience, ASTC may split the group and reschedule one of the sessions to maintain instructional quality—this mirrors how many studios protect class standards. 

If you can’t attend the rescheduled session, ASTC will place a credit on your account to use toward a future workshop or eligible ASTC item, per our credit policy. (No refunds or adjustments for missed classes; tuition is based on enrollment.)

By purchasing a product or service from Alternative Synergy the Company, you, the Parent or Guardian of the above student(s), agree to release "ALTERNATIVE SYNERGY THE COMPANY EIGHT., INC ", including instructors and assistants from liability for any and all injuries which may occur while training, practicing, performing, or during any studio event or activity. You also agree that you are responsible for health and accident insurance and any medical costs incurred due to injury. You give permission for emergency medical transportation and treatment of your student(s) at your expense should the need arise. You also give your permission for the public display of any studio visual images that you/ or your child may appear in.
